When Riley saw it on the blog, he said it was a picture he drew of his "best boy" Chris. Somehow, I don't think Riley was the artist.

So, Chris tells me that Riley actually made the decision about whether the boy should have hair or no hair. Riley chose hair. Chris says Riley is simply taking a producer's credit for the finished artwork.
